Sunset Heights is a community in El Paso, Texas. It’s one of several neighborhoods that make up the part of the city known as West El Paso.
Sunset Heights is bounded by the Union Pacific railroad yards to the northeast, Lee Trevino Drive to the south and southeast, and New Mexico Avenue to the northwest. It borders Ysleta and Socorro on its north side.
If you live here or are just visiting, there are plenty of things to do in this neighborhood. One option is to take a walk through Bluebonnet Park, which features a water wall fountain and pond. You can also take your kids to find all sorts of wildflowers in spring or try some fishing at Rivers Bend Park. Sunset Heights is also close to the El Paso Zoo.
